Subject: [BARGE] FW: Short Trip Report


Arrived Wed morning, checked into 4Q, then to Binions for loosing 1/2 cash game.
 
Thursday.  To Venetian for cash game and then tourney at 12noon.  Busted out in 55th place.
Then cash game until 7pm for tourney.  Did better but still no money.  Busted in 24th place.
 
Friday. cash games no good.  TOC no good. Busted about 1/2 through tourney.
 
Sat.  NLHE.  Second hand I have AK.  Edmund raises and flop little cards.  Edmund bets, I call . Turn is K..top pair.  Edmunds bets I call.  River nothing. Edmund bets, I call.
 
He has AA, so second hand I'm down over $500.  Not sure I played it correctly.
 
About 5 hands later, I have AA. Bet and no callers.  Tight table. Only the $25 single blind.
 
Next hand I have AA.  Bet, get callers.  Flop nothing.  I bet. All fold.
 
Next hand I have AA.  Bet, get a caller. Flop nothing. I bet. Fold
 
So with consecutive AA.  I don't even get my $500 back.
 
About 10 min.later, I get AA again.  Bet same. Get one caller. flop little cards.  I bet small, call. Turn another little card.  I bet small again. River little card.   He bets $350.  I slowed played them and let him make a st..I fold.
 
Busted out early when my presto short stacked all-in was beat by AK, when an Ace came on flop
 
So high point of the tourney was getting AA three times in a row. 
 
What are the odds.
 
Not much else to report. Except it was fun as always.
